The minimum contract is one month. We offer a monthly recurring contract that can be cancelled any time. This contract will run until the contract is cancelled. 

You don’t need to pay a deposit with Spacebox - you pay from the date you’ve booked your storage unit. 

All storage units require insurance, but we provide this in our quotes. You can waive the insurance, but you’ll need to sign a declaration. This means sole responsibility for all items stored is on you. 

You can access your unit, seven days a week from 06:30 AM to 11 PM, via contact less entry.

Yes, we can provide boxes, wrap and tape. If you need support in moving and storing your belongings, this is something we can help you with. We also have a range of heavy lifting and moving equipment such as forklifts, trolleys and more on site to help you. 

We can also help secure discounts on van hire to help you transport your items. 

Security is our highest priority at Spacebox, so you can rest assured that whatever you store with us, your items will be safe and secure. Each storage unit has individual alarms and is padlocked. We also offer contactless entry and 24/7 CCTV. 

Each unit is insulated, water tight, damp proof and clean, which means your items are protected from the elements. 

There are certain items you aren’t allowed to store with Spacebox. Please have a look at our list of prohibited items.
